Synopsis

He is a self-proclaimed U.S. pilot. His father is supposedly the descendent of the Kamehameha Dynasty, and his mother is a cousin of the husband of Queen Elizabeth's younger sister. He claims to have fought around the world as a jet fighter pilot. This extraordinary marriage swindler, Captain Kuhio, and the three women around him, weave a human drama with an implausible ending of love affairs.

About the Director

Daihachi Yoshida has won many awards in Cannes, New York, and at AdFest Asia Pacific among others, and is considered a first-class director in the advertising world. He has also shot music videos, television dramas, and shorts. "Funuke Show Some Love, You Losers!" (2007) is his feature directorial debut and was presented in the 46th International Critics' Week at Cannes in 2007.
