Synopsis

The man is leaving the city tonight; the woman arrives at the city that morning to see her ex-boyfriend. The fate brings them together in the middle of Lyon, France, and they start to fall in love without knowing each other's name or past. What life would they choose to live by the time when the last train leaves the city with the man within a few hours...?

About the Director

Kobayashi made directorial debut with "Closing Time," becoming the first Japanese receiving the top prize at Yubari Film Festival in 2007. His films have been showcased in Cannes: "Kaizokuban - Bootleg Film" (1999), "Film Noir" (2000), "Man Walking on Snow" (2001) and "Bashing" (2005) which was selected for competition. With "The Rebirth" (2007), he won Golden Leopard at Locarno Film Festival.
