KANAZU SEN-I's environmentally friendly bags, made using mostly plant-origin materials, are 100% biodegradable and do not produce hazardous gases when burned. Materials include a base fabric made from polylactic corn fibers, natural cotton threads and buttons made of biodegradable plastic. Fibers are pleated to give extra elasticity, allowing bags to be folded for easy storage.


KANAZU SEN-I, which manufactures mainly textile products for industrial use, developed, together with the Fukui Industrial Technology Center, a special "eco bag", called "Kna+" that uses polylactic fibers. The "Kna+" is the firm's first brand for which they are handling all aspects, from manufacturing to sales.
