JETRO Tokyo IBSCMany of our clients use the Tokyo Invest Japan Business Support Center (IBSC) as a launch point for their Japan operations. JETRO has similar no-cost facilities available for in Fukuoka, Kobe, Nagoya, Osaka and Yokohama.



Secure Offices

Offices in the IBSC are located in a secure area of the floor.  You will be given an access card upon your arrival.  Offices are set up with high speed internet connections and telephone lines.

Computer Room

The IBSC has broadband access and printers available for your use during your stay.

Conference Rooms

Full conference facilities, including projectors and sound sytems, are free of charge to resident clients (reservation required).

Exhibition Hall

IBSC residents often use the hall for product briefings, press conferences, and exhibitions.  Use of the IBSC Hall is available free of charge to resident clients (reservation required).

Private Mailboxes

Clients can utilize the mailboxes at the IBSC.  This is particularly useful as much business in Japan requires the use of a physical address in Japan.

Common Areas

The IBSC has common areas where clients can meet one another, read the daily news, watch TV, and purchase food and beverage.
