March, 2013 (Game Developers Conference, San Francisco)

JETRO hosted a seminar welcoming Japanese game developers as panel speakers at the Game Developers Conference 2013 (GDC). Over 150 attendees gathered in the West Hall conference room of the Moscone Center. Our panel speakers responded to many questions raised by audiences seeking answers about Japanese games.

Social Networks and Games: Transition from Web to Mobile in Japan and the U.S.

August, 2011 (San Francisco)

This seminar, held by JETRO San Francisco, brought together a diverse group of companies from the social network and gaming industries to discuss the shift from web to mobile technologies taking place in Japan and the U.S. Industry leaders such as 6waves, Seesmic, GREE and mixi joined the seminar as panelists to share their business strategies and respond to various questions from the attendees.
