Michiru Lackey Michiru Lackey, COO - 2clams studios, inc

Michiru Lackey oversees all revenue and operations, as well as marketing and partnerships. Prior to joining 2clams, Michiru worked with over 50 Japanese IT startups at the JETRO incubator that seek to enter the global market to help maximize their business potential and opportunities. Since 2010, she has worked as a consultant where her focus has been working with Japanese game companies on growth, global expansion and innovation. Michiru also served as Chief Administration Officer for the nonprofit organization SVJEN, Silicon Valley Japanese Entrepreneur Network from 2005 to 2011. Michiru holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Washington State University and an MBA from University of California, Davis.

mixi is Japan's largest social networking platform

Hiroyuki Oguro is VP of Business Development for mixi, the largest social networking site (SNS) platform in Japan. In this position, he is responsible for developing strategic alliances with potential partners for the mixi Platform. He joined mixi in 2005 as their first salesperson; he worked as an evangelist promoting mixi as a marketing platform. He is now based in San Francisco, and he is reaching out to potential partners to develop new applications for the mixi Platform.


Jori PearsallJori Pearsall, Senior Product Manager - GREE International, Inc
GREE International is the provider of Japan's leading mobile social gaming platform

Jori Pearsall is a Senior Product Manager at GREE International. As one of the first local additions to the Product team, Jori is responsible for producing new social mobile games targeted at US and interntional markets. Prior to joining GREE International Jori spent four years as a Product Marketing Manager at Google, most recently focusing on Google's social and developer products. During his time at Google, Jori also served as the Asia Pacific product marketing lead for Android and Google Maps, based respectively in Tokyo and Sydney.


Jim Ying Jim Ying, GM North America – 6waves
6waves is the largest publisher of independent games on Facebook

Jim Ying is GM of North America for 6waves, the largest publisher of independent games on Facebook. In this position, he is responsible for developer outreach growing 6waves' network of 40+ million monthly active users and games. Prior to joining 6waves, he served as Director of Product at GameHouse, the casual games division of RealNetworks. He has also spent time on the core gaming side of the industry, having worked on the Halo and Age of Empires franchises at Microsoft Xbox. Jim has a BA from Williams College and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern.


Stephane Delbecque Stephane Delbecque, Director of Product Management, Mobile- Seesmic
Seesmic creates social media management and collaboration tools

Stephane Delbecque is the Director of Mobile Products at Seesmic and manages the development of their mobile application portfolio (on Android, iOS and Windows Phone 7). Prior to joining Seesmic, Stephane was the CEO and Co-Founder of Footbalistic, the premiere destination for everything soccer. Before that, he spearheaded mobile product management at Six Apart, where he released TypePad for iPhone, one of the first 10 applications available in the App Store. Before Six Apart, Stephane held mobile positions at AOL France and Yahoo! France. With a passion for all things mobile and soccer, Stef is also a proud father of two.
