The Versatility of Miso

JETRO San Francisco presents a special event of miso, open to industry only. A traditional Japanese ingredient, miso (soybean paste) is growing in recognition for its benefits to health and beauty. Hear from distinguished speakers from each field. Learn about the attractive qualities of miso and how you can introduce it to your own cuisine. Deepen your understanding and create your own concepts with miso.
