JETRO is pleased to announce the Sake Seminar, Tasting and Networking, a free event held in association with the Japan Sake and Shochu Makers Association.
On January 30th, nine renowned Japanese sake breweries will gather at Ozumo Santa Monica to promote their sake, and to expand their businesses in Los Angeles by presenting their products to professional guests from the food & beverage, wholesale, retail and hospitality industries.
While sake is known as a traditional Japanese drink, it can be paired with all sorts of cuisines. There will be opportunities to try over thirty sakes at this event, along with small bites representing different culinary traditions.
There will also be a seminar featuring Kazuya Koyama of the National Research Institute of Brewing and Rachel Macalisang, the sommelier of OZUMO Santa Monica.
Please come to learn, enjoy, and meet fellow members of the food and restaurant industries. Don't forget your business cards!
