Enjoy a special evening at the Astor Center with 'Sake and the City,' a special event of discovery and tasting on Tuesday, February 12^th.

This exciting event will feature top Sake producers from Japan with light fare. Award-winning mixologist Shingo Gokan of Angel's Share and SakaMai will be on site mixing cocktails. Come to explore and enjoy a unique evening on the town.

Schedule:

• 2:00 - 5:00pm -- Walk-around tasting of select celebrated Sake producers and Sake cocktails created by master mixologist Shingo Gokan of SakaMai and Angel's Share
• 1:30 - 2:30pm -- Introduction to Sake and Guided Tasting with Sake Samurai Timothy Sullivan of Urban
• 3:30 - 4:30pm -- Sake with Specialty Food Pairings

Come taste and discover the world of Sake. Join us to taste Japanese Sake neat and in cocktails, learn about food pairings, educate yourself on the storied beverage and meet select Japanese producers. Light food pairings will be served.
