Makoto Abe heads a consulting firm in San Jose, California, where he helps numerous Silicon Valley enterprises and Japanese companies conduct business with each other through technological alliances and other forms of partnerships. He also takes an important role as a JETRO ICT Business Advisor to help U.S companies to start up businesses in the Japanese ICT market.

Mr. Kenichi Oki 
Kenichi Oki is the Director of the Kanagawa Office in Maryland.  Kanagawa Prefecture is one of Japan’s top prefectures for science and technology, home to many well-known companies such as Fujitsu, Canon, Toshiba, Bosch and Sankyo.  
A total of 426 foreign-affiliated companies have set up operation in Kanagawa Prefecture (of which 296 serve as head offices), which is the second-highest number of all Japanese prefectures. 

Mr. Randall Reade
Randall Reade is the president of Zipzone Ltd, which helps IT companies develop global strategies and partnerships. Mr. Reade was featured at many conferences, both in the U.S and throughout Asia. He was the immediate past Chair of the International Committee for the Northern Virginia Technology Association.
