JETRO @ The 2011 Winter Fancy Food Show

A traditional ingredient in Japan, miso is growing in popularity worldwide for its convenience and benefits to health and beauty. At the 2011 Winter Fancy Food Show, JETRO San Francisco will be at booths #2732 and #2734 to showcase the health benefits and new applications of miso. Best of all, you could sample three easy-to-make and delicious Sendai miso-based recipes, as well as last year's popular freeze-dried miso soup. You will also get to meet with Japanese miso producers and learn about the quality and naturally powerful health benefits of miso.

JETRO @ The 2011 Winter Fancy Food Show

At the 2010 Winter Fancy Food Show, over 1,000 people stopped by the JETRO San Francisco booths to sample three different recipes and learn about miso. The miso-based recipes were so popular that we almost ran out of samples by the end of the show. Don't miss out on this year's samples and learn how you could use miso in your everyday recipes!

Don't forget to follow us on Twitter and Facebook to get the latest updates on what we have available at the show.
