Japanese Sake Tasting & Pairing for Professionals

JETRO Chicago, the Consulate General of Japan at Chicago and the Sake Exporters Association will hold a special sake tasting on Thursday, June 21, 2012 in Chicago for food and beverage industry professionals. Join us to taste over 50 types of sakes from various regions in Japan and meet brewers, importers and distributors. Renown sake expert, author and sake columnist John Gauntner will share his knowledge of the intricacies of sake making and the rise in popularity in the U.S. of Japan's beloved drink.

Don't miss this chance to broaden your understanding of and appreciation for the wide diversity of sake!
