The Japan Securities Dealers Association (JSDA) and the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA) are co-organizing a “Japan Securities Summit” at SIFMA Conference Center in New York (120 Broadway) on Tuesday, March 1. This event will play host to a range of senior representatives from industries, financial market professionals, regulators and academic experts in the United States and Japan. We aim to enhance the ties between the U.S. and Japanese markets stakeholders through this event, providing an opportunity to better understand the potentials and challenges of capital markets and to get a first-hand understanding of the latest development of the securities businesses and markets and ongoing financial regulatory reforms both in Japan and the United States.
