Japan Pavilion at IMTS 2012

JETRO Event
IMTS 2012, The International Manufacturing Technology Show, will be held in Chicago at McCormick Place from September 10th through 15th. IMTS is sponsored by AMT, The Association for Manufacturing Technology, and occurs every two years. It is the largest manufacturing trade show in North and South America, with over 1,800 companies exhibiting on 1.2 million square feet of space. IMTS 2010 had over 82,000 attendees from nearly 120 countries.
For the first time, JETRO has organized a Japan Pavilion for IMTS 2012, and will welcome seven Japanese exhibiting companies. Company representatives will be present at the Pavilion to introduce their products and services, and to meet with potential business partners. Each exhibiting company will also have an English-Japanese translator present to facilitate communication and meetings. These exhibitors are eager to network with the American manufacturing community, and are especially interested in potential buyers for supplier relationships. The Japan Pavilion will be in the North Hall at booth N-6176. North Hall show hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day.
