Please join us at Macy’s Culinary Studio for an educational afternoon exploring and sampling the versatility of Japanese seaweeds combined with other fine ingredients. Three Chicago top chefs will demonstrate how to incorporate different types of seaweed into dishes and share their creative uses of this classic Japanese ingredient. Following the demonstration, attendees will have the opportunity to network with Japanese food distributors serving the Chicago area.

This event is free of charge however advance registration is required.
