Most media attention focuses on executives of large companies, but antitrust issues are also important for small companies. This seminar will provide a basic understanding of antitrust compliance for your management and sales forces and introduce the current trend of the US/Japan governments' joint effort to aggressively investigate violations.

You will learn what types of activities are considered to suppress competition.

This seminar will feature Brian W. Lewis and Mari Yamamoto, both Partners at the law firm of Barnes & Thornburg LLP.

This seminar is free of charge however space is limited and advance registration is recommended.

English and Japanese presentations will be available during this event.
