The Japan Society is pleased to announce the third in our series of international conferences on corporate governance in Japan. With the global financial crisis of 2008/2009 raising questions about corporate governance worldwide, experts from Japan and the United States will review significant developments in Japan’s corporate governance environment while considering how the crisis has changed the terms of the debate. Leading professionals and practitioners from Japan and the United States will bring you up to date on the critical issues and future directions in corporate governance in Japan and abroad.
