Background:

Dr. Kevin J. Scanlon, President and CEO of International BioScience, also serves on the Executive Committees of both the Pasadena Angels and the Tech Coast Angels, and on the board of the Business Technology Center, a technology incubator run by Los Angeles County. His talk will focus on what investors look for in a venture and how Angel Investors can assist an early stage company financially and through mentoring. Dr. Scanlon will draw on his diverse background in biosciences for his talk, which includes work in Europe and Japan.

As an Angel Investor and President of International BioSciences, Dr. Scanlon is very experienced in helping tech start-ups form their business and bring their product to market. He also has experience turning medical breakthroughs into commercial products for such companies as Schering AG. Please join us for this exciting talk from an expert in his field.
