Please Note: Seating is limited and advanced registration is required by 5:00 pm Friday, June 22, 2012. Special early registration pricing is available for tickets purchased by 5:00 pm on Friday, June 15, 2012. No refunds can be issued for cancellations received after 5:00 pm on Friday, June 15, 2012.

Each ticket purchase includes one complimentary parking pass valid for parking structure 5 (PS5) only. When you arrive at PS5 on the day of the event, please look for our Japan Society staff person, who will provide you with the pass and direct you to our reserved shuttle bus. Shuttle buses will run between PS5 and the Jen-Hsun Huang Engineering Center starting at 12:45 pm with continuous service until 7:00 pm. The Jen-Hsun Huang Engineering Center is located on Via Ortega near Panama Street.
