FarmVille and Mafia Wars maker Zynga creates joint venture with Softbank Corp. to develop, distribute games in Japan

Social games developer Zynga and Japan's Softbank Corp. announced the creation of a joint venture called Zynga Japan to bring more social games to Japan. In addition, Softbank has made a $150 million investment in Zynga.
