How to Apply
Submit an application form and required supplementary materials to JETRO.

After you have read and agreed to the following “General Terms and Conditions” stipulated, please complete the application form and submit it to your nearest JETRO office.

Supplementary materials are as follows: (1) company brochure, (2) product literature, and (3) technical white paper (if possible). Please include these materials with your application form to a JETRO office by email or mail.

Application Schedule
July 16^th, 2009 : Deadline for submission of application and supplementary materials
July - early August: Screening of applicants
Mid-August: Notification of accepted/non-accepted applicants
Mid-September : Provide participants with details on business meetings and companies
October 6^th - October 8^th : JETRO BIZMATCH@CEATEC JAPAN 2009
January 31^st, 2010 : Deadline for follow-up survey*

*Participants are required to complete a survey following their participation in the event.
