This spring, MAFF (Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of Japan) will be presenting the Japan Pavilion at the International Restaurant & Foodservice Show of New York.

  • 16 vendors from Japan will display, some of which are making their international debut!
  • The traditional Japanese healthy food of Konnyaku (Konjac) and richly marbled Wagyu (Japanese brand beef) will be available for sampling along with artisanal Kelp and Miso!
  • Experience regional delicacies and enjoy cooking demonstrations!
  • Enjoy learning about the ingredients, cookery essential to creating your own Japanese inspired cuisine!
  • Networking with Japanese food professionals in the food service business!

 
The Japanese Pavilion will be operated by JETRO (Japan External Trade Organization).
