With the JETRO booth promoting new Japanese anime and our executive suite booked with ongoing meetings, the event was a success. Keep a look out for the new anime products that are about to come out in the next couple of years that began at this event. JETRO's first participation in the Anime Expo was livelier than expected. We would like to thank you the over 1,500 anime fans that participated in our survey and raffle at the JETRO booth. Your opinions are important in determining the future style of Japanese anime released in the US. you for your support at Anime Expo 2006.

Save the date for the 2nd Show Biz Japan! Sneak Peek on Sep 28th in Hollywood 
Come discover unique and cutting-edge ideas and talent that you have never seen before. We will screen short and feature titles created by the next generation of Japanese filmmakers based in the US and Japan. The screening will be held on September 28th at the Laemmle Sunset 5 Theatre from 2pm until midnight. Screening titles and schedules will be announced on the JETRO website in the early September. the date for the 2nd Show Biz Japan! Sneak Peek on Sep 28th in Hollywood.

Come see us at AFM 2006 in November
We will present the latest Japanese films at the same location as last year: office # 432, 434, 436 and 438 at AFM on November 1st – 8th. There will also be a networking reception on November 2nd at Le Merigot Hotel. Details will soon be announced on the JETRO website. see us at AFM 2006 in November.
