The application process to use the IBSC facilities and services is simple.  Send us your request and we will promptly contact for detailed information.  All information you provide to JETRO is kept fully confidential.

Begin Application Process




1. Let us know you are interested.  We'll set up a time to meet to discuss specifically what JETRO can provide to advance your business in Japan.

2.  After this meeting, we may require additional information to complete your application to the IBSC.  JETRO will never disclose any of our clients information to third parties.  For more information please see our privacy policy.

3.  Your application will be reviewed and the IBSC will be checked for available space.

4.  You will be notified by your JETRO representative as to your move-in date.  The entire application process should take no longer than 2 weeks.

No formal application is required.  However, we will speak with you to ensure an appropriate match for your business goals.
