Instruments to be exhibited:

  1. Analytical Instruments:Analytical instruments (for laboratories, processing, pollution monitoring and work environment monitoring); Automation-related instruments and information systems; Biotechnology-related analytical instruments; Clinical instruments for medical use; etc.
  2. Analytical Solutions: Analytical services; analysis-related services; temporary staffing; etc.
  3. Sensors, devices and components for analytical instruments: LCD modules; portable measurement tools; simple analysis kits; compact analytical devices; etc.

Who can take part?

  • Companies interested in investing in Japan, or currently seeking Japanese partners to establish a business in Japan are eligible to apply.
  • 25 companies (max.) to be selected through JETRO’s screening process.

Why participate?

  • It’s the biggest show in Asia in the analytical technology & instruments field.
  • It has been held annually since 1962 with excellent attendance.
  • 70% of visitors are responsible for purchasing decisions.
  • JETRO can pre-arrange business meetings for your company.
  • Local governments will publicize your participation in the show to local companies and it will be listed on the JETRO website.
  • Participation costs will be partly covered by JETRO.
  • You will have an opportunity to present your products at the New Technology Seminar that takes place during the show (simultaneous interpretation will be available).
  • Your company’s information will be listed in the “JETRO ZONE exhibitors” brochure (to be distributed beforehand and on-site at the show).

What expenses do JETRO cover?

  • Booth space (1 booth per company).
  • Booth stand, designed by JETRO and with basic equipment provided.
  • The following travel expenses for the duration of the program (1 person per company):
    1. A round-trip airline ticket (economy class) and program-related transportation within Japan.
    2. Accommodation in Japan (hotel, designated by JETRO).
  • An interpreter working exclusively for each invitee.

Costs borne by the invitee

  • International and domestic transportation of exhibits to and from the show venue.
  • Any costs incurred by additions made to the basic booth stand provided by JETRO. Examples include, but are not limited to, additional construction/decoration costs, or the rental and installation of additional equipment, etc.)
  • Any additional travel expenses resulting from taking a flight other than the JETRO-appointed one (the most direct route), or if your stay in Japan exceeds or differs from the duration of the Invitation Program.
  • Insurance, customs duties and taxes on the items you exhibit
  • Your travel accident insurance

Additional Information

  • JETRO’s services will be provided only to official invitees; that is to say, companies whose application forms are submitted on time and which successfully pass the JETRO screening process.
  • Any costs incurred by the invitee’s withdrawal from the program after JETRO has notified them that they are an official invitee shall be borne by the invitee.
